Hi I’m Hayley Kinneavy,

I’m a holistic, trauma-informed therapist offering virtual 1:1 sessions for people ready to explore deeper patterns, heal from past experiences, and reconnect with themselves in a more grounded way. I also have multiple chronic illnesses and invisible disabilities, which has deepened my empathy, resilience, and understanding of life's challenges, allowing me to be a compassionate and effective therapist who meets clients with genuine care and insight.

My work supports anxiety, chronic illness, overwhelm, relationship challenges, self-sabotage, and survival patterns by gently exploring the emotional, nervous system, and subconscious layers beneath them. I use an integrative approach including somatic awareness, subconscious work, and memory processing.

No trauma is too big or too small for this space. I have experience supporting CPTSD, sexual trauma, abuse, and childhood wounds, always holding a safe and steady environment for processing and change.

Alongside my therapy practice, I host Before You Bloom, a podcast sharing real stories of healing and resilience, created to help people feel less alone in what they’re going through.

At the heart of my work is helping you reconnect with yourself with more compassion, safety, understanding, and choice.

Before You Bloom was born during a season where I needed reminders that healing doesn’t always look like fixing, and growth doesn’t always come with neat timelines.
